I ran near my home for about 30minutes for the first time in a half month yesterday evening.
I was so tired after running that I realized an importance of repetition practice.
There is a famous proverb "Continuance is power" in Japan.
I really agree with that.

English diary
I decided to write English diary every day to improve my English skill,especially writing skill.
9 months have passed since I started to go to English school.
Now I think that I can understand what the teachers say almost.
But even now,I'm not good at writing or speaking English.
I can't express what I want to say.
I hope that writing English diary helps me to express my feeling or what I want to say in English.
