My first 10km run!

Today, I ran 10km long for the first time.
It took for about an hour.

My run with NIKE+

I bought "iPod nano" and "NIKE+ sports kit" few weeks ago.

Also started to run around my home.

To tell the truth,I was not good at long distance running.

But I decided to participate Honolulu Marathon in December this year.

I must practice running. So that's why I started to run.

It is interesting for me to check my running information from "NIKE+".

It helps me motivated for running.
